When one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world, invests its capital in research on biofuels from algae, you know that renewable energy will play soon an important role in the global economy.

Ford Motor Company has recently recruited scientists to study algae as an important ingredient in their efforts to produce bio-fuel. The company quickly realized that their cars are still significant in the future, will have to find alternatives to gasoline and oil.
