In all his travels interesting thing I was looking to produce something local (cheese in Switzerland, for example - was an interesting tour in the castle Gruyères). So: in June, going to Spain, travel will be in a car and want to see, for example, the production of sherry in Jerez de la Frontera (where trips, I hope there?). And what else? Olive oil, for example, where? Stud? What more advise from this region in Spain?
